  • MC Life Intell Platform medical and/or legal information sent to approved individuals/medical staff
  • Support loved ones with vetted resources and information pertinent to the circumstances
  • Coordinate and schedule additional appointments as a result of the emergency/accident

New Diagnosis

Family told their loved one has Alzheimer’s. Motivity Care offers compassionate support on how to best handle a new diagnosis with a plan for now and for the future.

  • Dedicated Concierge Manager will proactively update the MC Life Intell Platform with information to provide peace of mind
  • We assess the overall living situation to ensure the safety of the loved one
  • Motivity Care will provide recommendations for additional resources such as: memory care facility, in-home care services and home modifications

Unexpected Crisis

Single executive is traveling internationally for business and has passport and wallet stolen. The client calls Motivity Care to assist.

  • Dedicated Concierge Manager advises the executive to utilize the MC Life Intell Platform mobile app
  • If the vital documents are not on the platform, Motivity Care will communicate with key contacts to obtain the material and inform primary emergency contact listed
  • Provide additional support to coordinate logistics such as: flight details, embassy information, banking particulars and overnight the documents not accessible on the MC Life Intell Platform
